Everything is delivered instantly to the player's game account โ there is no physical product and nothing is shipped.
No. Every Qidian game is free to download and can be completed without spending anything. Purchases only buy convenience and cosmetics โ never the ability to finish a game.
Qi Coins are our in-game virtual currency. They are spent inside our games on boosters, extra lives, cosmetic skins and level unlocks. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred between accounts.
Instantly. Coin packs and Game Pass benefits are applied to your game account as soon as the payment is authorised โ usually in under five seconds. If your balance hasn't updated within 30 minutes, email support and we'll fix it manually.
Open any Qidian game, go to Settings โ Subscription โ Cancel. It takes one tap, no phone call, no retention maze. Your benefits stay active until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
Yes โ if you were charged in error, charged twice, or a purchase was not delivered, contact us within 14 days and we will refund it in full. See the Refund Policy below for the details on unused versus consumed items.
Our titles are rated for a general audience, but purchases should always be made by the account holder. We recommend enabling purchase confirmation on shared devices. If a child made a purchase without permission, contact support and we will help.

Qidian Technology Inc is an independent mobile game developer and publisher. "Qidian" (่ตท็น) means starting point โ which is how we think about a good game: an easy place to begin, with a lot of room to go deeper.
We build our games in-house, publish them under our own label, operate the qidiangame.xyz web store, and run our own player support. Revenue comes from two places only: optional in-game purchases of Qi Coins, and the Qidian Game Pass subscription. We do not resell third-party products, and we do not operate any form of real-money gambling, wagering, or prize redemption โ Qi Coins can never be cashed out.

By downloading a Qidian game or using qidiangame.xyz, you agree to these terms with Qidian Technology Inc ("Qidian", "we", "us").
You are responsible for activity on your game account and for keeping your login details private. One person, one account.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to play our games for entertainment. You may not reverse-engineer, cheat, automate, resell or redistribute them.
Qi Coins and the Qidian Game Pass are digital licences to use features inside our games. They are not property, carry no cash value, and cannot be sold, traded or exchanged for money.
Qidian Game Pass renews monthly at the price shown at checkout until cancelled. Cancel any time in Settings โ Subscription; access continues to the end of the paid period.
Accounts using exploits, chargeback abuse or fraudulent payment methods may be suspended, with unused balances forfeited.

This explains what Qidian Technology Inc collects, why, and what you can do about it.
Account data (email or platform ID, nickname), gameplay data (progress, scores, settings), technical data (device model, OS version, crash logs) and purchase records (what was bought, when, and the amount).
We do not receive or store full card numbers, CVC codes or bank credentials. Card data goes directly to our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor.
To run and save your games, deliver purchases, prevent fraud, answer support requests, and fix crashes. We do not sell personal data to anyone.
Only with service providers who help us operate โ payment processing, cloud hosting, crash reporting and email support โ each bound by contract to protect your data.
We keep account data while your account is active and purchase records as long as tax and accounting law requires. You may request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@qidiangame.xyz; we respond within 30 days.
Our games are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. Contact us and we will remove it.
We would rather refund a disappointed player than keep the money. Here is how it works.
Cancel the Qidian Game Pass at any time in Settings โ Subscription. If you cancel within 14 days of a charge and have not claimed that month's coin grant or exclusive content, we refund that charge in full. Otherwise the subscription simply ends at the close of the paid period and is not renewed.
Unspent Qi Coins can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Once coins have been spent inside a game the item is considered delivered and consumed, so it is not refundable โ except where refunds are required by your local consumer law.
Duplicate charges, charges you did not authorise, purchases that were never delivered, and purchases made by a minor without the account holder's permission.
Email billing@qidiangame.xyz with the email used at checkout, the approximate date and amount, and the game involved. We review every request and reply within 1โ2 business days. Approved refunds return to the original payment method, typically within 5โ10 business days depending on your bank.
Please contact us before opening a dispute โ we can almost always resolve it faster than your bank can.
